The complaint I am making is a copyright infringement by "Coffin911" on flickr who posted the exact image under my name with an "All Rights Reserved" license to him. The location of the violation can be found here ([link]

Evidence as follows:
Clearly, (1) the original, faint, white copyright watermark is found legible on the lower left corner of the image "(C) Atsuke 2006," and (2) the dated entry of my submission to deviantArt can be timestamped on August 29, 2006. (3) Further verification can be shown by the link of the deviantArt URL, which too, is under my name.
